Outside Fulcrum

As both my younger brother and oldest child have an autism diagnosis, I have been a disability advocate throughout nearly my entire life from acting as Special Education PTA Chair to writing a book on neurodiversity awareness. The experience I have had with those who comprehend things in a unique way affords me the ability to create a customized approach to bringing out the best in myself, my team and our operating partners.
