Why Fulcrum? 

What drew me to Fulcrum is how deeply founder-friendly the firm is. I strongly appreciate the grind that founders go through and the weight of building something from nothing. Fulcrum’s approach of meeting high-growth businesses where they are and helping them scale without losing what makes them special is something that really stood out to me. I want to be a part of a team that respects the journey, rolls up its sleeves, and adds real value.
