Ken Walters
With over 30 years of experience in the software applications market, Ken has a successful track record of global leadership, acquisitions, growth and operational excellence. From 2002 to 2006, Ken served as President and COO of Infor. During this time Infor grew from $40M to $800M. In 2006, Ken built a new company called Extensity, Inc. Under his leadership as President and CEO, Extensity executed 2 successful acquisitions and grew to $500M in 2007, when it was merged with Infor. From 2007 to 2010, Ken served as President of Financial Solutions Group at Infor. During this time the company grew to $2.1B with over 8,000 employees and more than 70,000 customers.
In addition, Ken has been COO of Internet Security Systems, President of Impact Innovations Group and Managing Partner at Coopers & Lybrand. Since retiring in 2010, Ken has served as a board director for several successful SaaS software companies including Stratasan, Blue Ridge Software, Tricentis, Prevalent, Daxko, LogFire and Easy Solutions. He currently serves on the board of Lumu, Kobiton and Digital Hands. Ken has a B.S. in Education from Bowling Green State University, where he was a 3-time All-American golfer and a member of the school’s Athletic Hall of Fame.
