Scott Mitchell is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in scaling teams and platforms. He currently works as a coach and advisor to technology leaders, bringing his expertise to startups and tech companies. Previously, Scott was CTO at Salesloft, where he helped grow the company to a multi-billion-dollar exit to Vista Equity, leading major technical initiatives such as transitioning to microservices and implementing AI features across the platform. He also served as Senior Technical Staff Member for IBM Marketing Cloud, providing leadership across multiple products during the integration of Silverpop, where he had been Head of Product Architecture prior to its acquisition by IBM.
