Chad Hooker is a Senior Associate for Fulcrum Equity Partners and joined the team in 2015.  He is focused on evaluating new investment opportunities, performing due diligence on companies that meet the Fund’s criteria and supporting portfolio companies with their growth initiatives.

Prior to joining Fulcrum, Mr. Hooker worked at CHILDS Advisory Partners, a middle-market investment bank in Atlanta, GA, where he provided M&A and capital raising advisory services to a variety of technology, healthcare and business services clients.  His previous career experience also includes equity research coverage of infrastructure software and security companies at Stephens, Inc.

He received a BA from the University of Tennessee Chattanooga, where he graduated with honors, and holds a Master’s degree in Finance from Vanderbilt University’s Owen Graduate School of Management.

Chad serves on the board of directors for the Technology Association of Georgia’s Corporate Development Society and also serves on the selection committee for the Technology Association of Georgia’s Top 10/40 Most Innovative Company Awards.

Outside of Fulcrum, Mr. Hooker is on the Young Leadership Council for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metro Atlanta.
