Why Fulcrum?

As an ex-operator, it’s fun to be a part of the journey with the entrepreneurs we’re backing. These people have put everything at risk and they have gotten their company to a certain stage, and it’s rewarding to partner with them and take their company to another level. Having done it before, we know how difficult and challenging it is to build a scaling business. It’s rewarding to see our teams fulfill their dreams.

The other part of why I love Fulcrum is the people here. It’s a collegial atmosphere, and almost no one leaves. The team has a great working relationship and it’s a joy to show up to work each day.
